Dr Pal is always punctual. He is welcoming and never makes me feel as if I am being hurried through the appointment. He makes time to listen and advise as well as explaining various issues, sometimes having to repeat himself if I don’t fully understand first time round. I have every confidence in him as he has seen me consistently and I feel that he actually knows me as a person not just a set of notes.
