This person asked me if I would take 'revenge' for how they treated me. I also never approached the woman for anything and never would. Also she couldn't cure a minor graze in my experience.
In order to improve services she could say how much she would like to be treated by a psychiatrist she could also say whether she would like the people to see to have choice over their care and whether she would like the to have money or not as the evidence is that she doesn't want the people she sees to work or to have money. I do know of a psychiatrist who has a full time second job.
