Mr Gore operated on my upper lip to remove a lentigo? which came down into the vermilion and was very close to the filtrum. He did a brilliant job and I am really pleased with how it looks after only a few weeks. He spent time explaining everything to me at the initial consultation and on the day of the operation. I had a local anaesthetic and was very anxious beforehand but Mr Gore was very reassuring and I particularly valued the calm and caring atmosphere created in the operating theatre by him and his team. I went back to see Mr Gore few days ago and we had a full discussion of how things had gone. He showed me how to massage the scar tissue to help it achieve the softness of the other side of the upper lip. The vermilion is a really good match. I am very grateful to Mr Gore both for his skill and for his care. Brigid Parkes
