Mr Gore provided me with excellent information, gave me time to consider my options and listened to my concerns.
Mr Gore was very clear about my treatment plan, which led me to feel confident when I had my surgery.
The information I was given meant I had a realistic idea about what the surgery would entail, recovery and results.
Mr Gore was very personable which gave me confidence to approach him if needed.
Mr Gore respected my clinical knowledge.
The outcome following surgery was excellent which of course is due to Mr Gores excellent surgical skills.
I do not believe he could have done anything differently or my experience improved.
