Dr Raby is very relaxed and friendly. He totally put me at ease in his pre operation consultation and questioning. He explained what his role was and how he would monitor me during the procedure and assured me that I would feel fine when I woke up.
He met me in the annex to the Operating Theatre and engaged in a conversation that I was having with the Theatre Nurse as he prepared me for the procedure.
I have no recollection of actually being Anaesthetised, I recall chatting to him, the next thing I remember was being in my room following my procedure.
I felt fine when I woke up with no after affects from the Anaesthetic.
I felt very safe when I was at my most vulnerable and he took very good care of me during an extended period in theatre (7 hours).
I have no hesitation in recommending him as he is the ultimate professional.
