Dr Simon Raby displayed empathy and compassion throughout a very anxious time for me.
He was polite, reassuring and professional throughout my procedure, and within the consequent follow up.
His manner allowed me to feel significantly calmer and he put me at ease when I needed it most.
This was so greatly appreciated, especially within the present COVID-19 restrictions whereby I could not have anyone to support me prior and post operation.
