I went and saw Dr Church last night.
I felt depressed and not in a soft way. I want to tear your heart out and no long feel way.
He listened to me, he asked appropriate questions. He wasn't at all condescending.
He validated how I felt also pointing out what I had achieved coming forward.
We spoke through coping strategies for this time. Decided between us that upping medication was a good. Idea. He made sure I knew I could ask for help and where to ask. Also talked about keeping the surgery informed of changes or if I needed extra help. Also to see him or phone in a week or 2 what ever the outcome and also if no improvement what the nest steps would be.
