My thanks do not relate only to the speed of my diagnosis of colon cancer (which involved colonoscopy, CT and MRI scans) being within a week of our initial consultation, but also to your recognition that it is important for medical professionals to build a profile of their patients and to advise them accordingly. Onward referral to the best recommended surgeon was also extremely swift. From diagnosis you guided me with, I felt, genuine care in respect of possible treatment options to enable me to make the appropriate decision as to how to proceed. Both yourself and your secretary have a very approachable demeanour and were extremely accessible for all queries relating to my concerns prior to diagnosis and surgery.
