First of all I would just like to say thank you to Simon and his team for all of their help. Also to Sarah for the great support and communication whilst ongoing investigation. I have never been cared for by a medical professional so well in all my life. Simon truly cared about me and my condition, his dedication and passion is clear to see and I’m so grateful for his commitment and all of his hard work in getting a confirmative diagnosis. He put me at ease, reassured me and was very informative throughout. He went above and beyond in order to get me a diagnosis and I’m so relieved that thanks to him, once my treatment starts, I will now be able to live a better quality of life and be able to enjoy watching my baby daughter grow up, as I missed out on so much whilst I’ve been ill.
