Dr Shyamal Mashru put me totaly at ease, even as nervous as I was.
He was kind, understanding, empathetic, and explain everything very clearly.
He was very gracious every time I interrupted him and talked too much, and he listen to everything I said attentively and in a non judgemental manner.
He was on time for our appointment and when the connection was cut off at the end, he immediately called me back, avoiding me going into a total blind panic.
