Took time to listen to me explain my symptoms and did not jump to an instant opinion. Tests needed to aid diagnosis were arranged quickly. Time from initial GP referral to appointment was quick. Follow up appointment arranged for after my tests have been done. Also took notice of how far I needed to travel for treatment.Very impressed to this point.
