I am enormously thankful to Dr De Silva. She was always very kind and clear during appointments and clearly very confident and comfortable with her knowledge which was always helpful. She made an effort to find the easiest smoothest route for treatment for me in terms of practical arrangements. She explained the detail and provided just the right level of info. Most importantly when I was really worried about something she went far beyond the call of duty to talk it all through with me. She was clear and detailed and completely laid me concerns to rest so that straight after our conversation I could move forward. Very lucky to have found someone so competent but also who recognises the human needs.
