I really adore this surgery and have been a patient for over eight nows. I've never been treated so dismissively by a practitioner like I did with Dr a Shakur. A slap dash flippant attitude, didn't listen to me and was most abrupt. I waited almost 2 weeks to secure the appointment and waited. Around 40 minutes to be seen and then I was rushed out like I was a second class citizen. A complete diservice to the practice, who are fantastic service providers. I'll stick to Dr Eggleton, Dr Reader , and the fabulous nurses.
I left the surgery in tears. Don't make the same mistake I made .
