When I was first referred to Mr. Krishnan, I was sceptical due to previous misdiagnosis with other doctors and scan . Mr Krishnan put me at ease from the word go. He really listened to me and was able to diagnose my injury (torn meniscus cartilage with suspected ACL rupture) by asking me to do a range of gentle movements with my leg. He advised I have surgery to correct my injury and I will be eternally grateful that I listened to him. Before the surgery my knee was giving way on a daily basis and since my surgery (April 2016), 8 weeks on and my knee is stable, I can walk with ease and his follow up appointments reassure me that I'm making great progress and doing the right things. Mr Krishnan is a wonderful consultant with a very calm demeanour and I would (and have) recommended him to everyone that requires knee or hip surgery. Thank you Mr Shibu Krishnan for giving me such a gift!
