Dr Raouf is a very good doctor who listens, shows enormous empathy and compassion. At the beginning of my treatment, he spent a lot of time explaining to me how the whole course of treatment would go and the range of possible side effects.He understands and appreciates the anxieties and emotions of a patient coming to start chemotherapy and I felt comfortable and at ease. I always feel reassured and have every confidence in him.
