I had not seen Dr. O'Connell before. I had always seen another Dr. and did worry about not being able to see my usual Dr. He had been great over a number of years and I totally trusted and respected him. However, I needn't have worried as Dr. O' Connell soon put me at ease. I felt he listened and built up a picture about me quickly. He arranged further investigations and explained everything to me. He gave me choices and the information to help me make the choices which best suited me. I have to say that I now totally trust and respect another Dr at South Milford Surgery.
