Surgery was easy to access and quick to response . It would be better if I was able to talk to him on phone.

I am assuming that your feedback is in relation to an online consultation. If so, then online consultation does raises challenges, advantages and disadvantages compared to more traditional forms of consultation. I am sure this will continue to evolve as we adapt to new ways of working. Thank you for your feedback!
