Within the limits of NHS, Dr Vijay appears to want to help you genuinely (which isn't the case with most GPs I've come across).

Every day, it gets increasingly more difficult in the NHS to manage the increasing demand (as we tend to have an increasingly elderly population) within limited stretched resources. Thank you for taking the time for leaving me your feedback.
