I think i would prefer an insurgery appointment although the consultation seemed ok if a bit rushed. I had the video and call freeze so we reverted back to the phone but that was while the doctor was conckuding his assessment and next steps. I've received various links which i shall follow up in shortly.5

At the moment, NHS England is asking us to triage and manage issues remotely if possible (to reduce the flow of patients to the practice during the current Covid-19 pandemic). It is challenging to do a phone call and then video call within a 10 minute consultation slot, so I am sorry if it felt a bit rushed. I hope your symptoms improve with the steps that we discussed.
