Good doctor. Listened to my problem and managed to help me. He understood what I was going through even though the problem I was having was very rare, he seemed to understand and help me out. Very chilled and collective.

Thank you for your feedback and I am glad that you felt I was able to understand and help you. I am not sure if I am always chilled enough (especially when running late in surgery!) but I will endeavour to keep up (and improve) the qualities you mention.
