Got everything I needed done plus he reminded me about my flu jab doing it on the spot so I didn't have to come back.
Very helpful and made everything very clear.

Thank you so much. I do try to do as much as I can within the limits of a 10 minute appointment, although it does mean I am often running late in surgery!
