I feel very disappointed and unhappy with the unprofessional service provided by Dr Shanker Vijay. Last week my grandma made an appointment due to excruciating pain in her ear. Dr Shanker Vijay sent her away with the explanation 'nothing is wrong'. That night my grandma was in tears with ear pain. We went to the urgent care unit to be told she has a major ear infection. The hospital doctors rolled their eyes when I explained what Dr Shanker said. Complete incorrect diagnosis. Shouldn't be a doctor.

Oh dear, I am truly sorry to hear this and I hope your grandmother is doing ok now. Please could you consider contacting me via the practice so that I know who your grandmother is and review what has happened to see if there was any learning I can take from what has happened or if there has been any miscommunication.
