I was impressed by the information given by Dr Rosa regarding the recommendation to take statins. He explained the reasons for taking the statins as I had a reluctance, however he sent me details regarding statins by text. All this was helpful in overcoming my reluctance to go for the statins which I have now ordered.

Was due for a telephone consultation about my health issues including mobility, call was early and phone rang for less than 15 seconds giving me no chance of answering, tried to call back and was offered new appointment in six days. Despite knowing what the call was about Dr Rosa gave me no consideration or time to answer.
