I had a telephone consultation with Dr Rosa after having a new difficulty of sleeping/ staying asleep. This had started to affect work so I knew I needed to seek additional help. I felt listened to and supported throughout. I didn’t feel judged and was able to discuss my thoughts on the issue. Dr. Rosa provided a plan to provide a prescription and additional information around the subject. I felt that if I continued to have issues I could further seek help if required.

I had a very professional phone appointment today by this doctor who explained everything throughly, i thought with everything that is going on it would of been a very rushed appointment , it was not I was given all the information I needed . I was feeling very down when I called and I he even managed to make me laugh by the end of my call ! Thank you for all you are doing at such a sad time.
