I felt that I was listened to and understood throughout the call. The Doctor was excellent at explaining and exploring with me the different options available for the treatment of my acne and even sent me a virtual leaflet for me to read through in my own time which I found very helpful.

Dr who reviewed me listed to me describe both how I was feeling physically and how this was affecting me mentally which impressed me.
Following this he reviewed the verbal detail given to him and the photographic evidence before forming a diagnosis.
