The mind is a very complex organ but I feel the service that Dr Latif provides doesnt match the complexity thats needed for my mind. I feel he picks up on certain things with me and is quick to prescribe pills that just numb and suppress me. It isnt a solution to numb the part of the brain that keeps us being who we are. Dr Latif does seem a nice man but as a psychiatrist I feel he lacks the true understanding of what actually goes on in the brain. As with all psychiatrists. They read from text books which doesnt make them experts of the brain. People except pills because they are unaware their minds are gifted and this is a secret the government can not afford to let out. I have been in the services for decades and seen its flaws and all I hope for the future is that people like myself are heard and taken seriously without the need for a pill
