I have been attending Dr Aziz clinic for many years and there aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to the care he has shown me at all time and even more grateful for referring me for a very complicated procedure in 2018 for both valve replacement to another brilliant expert Dr Rajakaruna. In my view Dr Aziz just personifies what care should be about and he is a credit to the NHS. There isn’t a day that goes by and don’t feel grateful for all his care.
