Dr Satyen was really helpful sorting out the minor surgery of the infection of my finger. With Carol’s help, they set up the room quickly and he drained the pus out of my finger. Hopefully my finger now heals well and I will be sorted soon.

Brilliant doctor, if anything the only criticism was against the system not him directly. Practise was running 15 minutes late, some kind of noticeboard or way to manually check how many appointments before yours is called up would be great. The other was that if there's space in afternoon I get booked for treatment but would be nice to know how much notice I'd get in advance if called up to show.
