I found Dr Kallankara to be very easy to talk to, sympathetic, helpful and with a nice sense of humour. His explanations were clear and informative; next steps were explained; any treatments were also explained, and he never gave the impression of 'talking down' to me. Overall, I found the consultation was given in a positive frame of mind and was a reassuring experience. Thank you!
