Dr kallankara is an amazing doctor! But more than that he is a genuine, caring and supportive human being!! My name is Claire I am 39 years old and I have lupus (SLE), APS, Sjögren’s, COPD and Neuropathy. 4 years ago I met dr kallankara in HRI when he diagnosed me with systemic lupus I was in agony all over and covered in an itchy horrible red rash ☹️ Ever since that day he has gone out of his way to help me, we have been down a rocky path to say the very least in fact we still are but I’ve always felt safe and supported by my good specialist doctor

I found Dr Kallankara to be very easy to talk to, sympathetic, helpful and with a nice sense of humour. His explanations were clear and informative; next steps were explained; any treatments were also explained, and he never gave the impression of 'talking down' to me. Dr K has given me exemplary care over a period of 6 years. He follows through on all he says he will do. I have a rare vasculitis condition and it is thanks to his care that i am as well as I am. I am able to contact him by email if there is a problem or emergency and he responds immediately. I cannot praise his efforts enough. He explains clearly what is happening and any action he will take. Also explains clearly how he wishes me/ my wife to cope with the medication.
