She's lovely. She listened to me, and sorted out one thing at a time. She let me come back to see her whenever I needed to, and spoke to me on the phone as well. But she's firm too- she knew what was wrong long before I did, allowed me to test all the other hypothesis before she convinced me of her diagnosis.
