Dr Parnell is one of the most kind, caring doctors that I have met, nothing is too much trouble, she takes the time to listen to her patients and has great empathy, she understands that people are anxious when they go to see her and put them at their ease. She is very professional in all she does and is a credit to the surgery

I can only reiterate what I have said before. A little compassion and understanding from Practice Management would go a long way in redemption. I can only hope someone has a conscience if they ever get to read this.
