I was referred to Dr. Sally Cubbin for an ADHD assessment at the ADHD Clinic at the Maudsley Hospital. The ADHD assessment at the Maudsley lasts three hours so I would say I had plenty of time to form an opinion about Dr. Cubbin's skills and performance.
Throughout the assessment, Dr. Cubbin showed exemplary bedside manners:
she was a good interviewer and listener;
she was very thorough in reviewing my past history;
she was a consummate professional at all times, yet had at the same time a warm and caring approach;
she was non-judgmental with no trace of any arrogant or condescending attitude whatsoever;
she was very good at explaining the various treatment options and next steps.
I give Dr. Cubbin my highest recommendation without reservation.
