Dr Yousuf had an excellent manner with my 4 year old boy, making him feel very calm, and quickly treating his problem.
He explained to me (the dad) what was going on very clearly and made helpful suggestions for the future.
We were seen to very quickly and I couldn't have asked for more from the Doctor, nurses or other staff in the children's A&E.
10 out of 10.
