All aspects of the treatment that I received under the care of Dr Hussein and his nursing team (Rose and Gina) were excellent. They created a supportive ethos and their empathy ensured that I felt confident and reassured throughout the process. Their explanations of the procedure were very clear both prior to and throughput each stage of the surgery and this contributed to my sense of well-being. Care was taken to ensure that my partner and I understood the home care that would be needed to ensure good wound healing. This alleviated concern and built reassurance. This was a challenging operation because of the location of the lesion and the successful outcome demonstrates Mr. Hussain”s exceptional surgical skills. The follow up visits have served both to check on my progress and to explain things I myself can do to contribute to getting the best possible cosmetic result . This approach exemplifies Dr Hussain’s thoroughness and his care and continuing concern for his patients. I am very grateful for the care received.
