I've been seeing Dr Seton for some years now. She has always been kind and considerate. She always listens to my concerns and responds appropriately I may not always agree with her but appreciate her honesty.

Dr seton didn’t believe anything I said. When I said I was dealing with insomnia she said oh I’m sure you’re sleeping. When I said anxiety makes it hard for me to get to appointments she said you got here today so you’re fine. When I expressed my concerns about her denying everything I said she wrote my gp saying I missed a visit so she wouldn’t accept me as a patient anymore. I didn’t miss an appointment. She provided no help and added to the hopelessness so many people experience when trying to get proper treatment for mental health.

Dr seton didn't seem to take my claims of axiety serious. She also kept looking at my case worker during my visits. As if she was a high schooler who had previously spoken about me behind my back. She made me feel uncomfortable. She is the only doctor in my area so I have to see her. During my next visits I will be recording the visits in case I need to make a complaint.
