Dr. Hills is always very thorough, knowledgable and caring. His patience and understanding enable him to offer an exceptional level of patient care. When bringing my 3 year old to an appointment with Dr. Hills, I always find him to be kind, gentle and upbeat in his manner so she is always at ease. He is very reassuring with anxious patients and in my opinion demonstrates a genuine understanding of how best to look after patients suffering with mental health issues. Following his encouragement I was recommended for counselling treatment for some general anxiety issues and a very severe needle phobia, of which thankfully I can now manage. Getting over this anxiety has led to me having the confidence to get through an operation that was required, as well as being able to cope with childbirth. I've always been very impressed by the way that Dr. Hills has looked after all members of my family and I am grateful that we have such an excellent doctor serving at our practice.
