When starting the journey of having an operation on my spine I was concerned about the situation should matters not go as one would want. Mr Bhatia not only took time in explaining the operation and possible affects but understood my concern and did not hide anything. The latter being a good thing and made me as relaxed as one can be in such a situation. Having decided to go ahead all those I passed though at the Great Western were all that we hoped that we would expect while noting that they were running rather than walking be to number pressures. However I never felt that I was not being looked after. Out of choice I would not have wanted to go through such an operation but having had too Mr Bhatia and all others fulfilled all that one could want. Many many thanks to all
