I was blessed to have Mr Bhatia deal with my spinal issue. His calm and professional demeanour put me at instant ease, giving me huge reassurance in relation to my intended treatment. Mr Bhatia went to great lengths to explain the risks associated with my procedure, together with the potential outcomes, all of which helped me fully understand the enormity of the surgical task he was contending with; however, even though the risks were evident, Mr Bhatia's honesty and pragmatism only reinforced my confidence in a successful outcome and allayed my concerns. In truth, the entire process, from referral to surgical follow-up, was timely, efficient, and commensurate with an extremely well run department. Thank you all.
