Dr Baur Patiently listens to the nature of the complaint and in so doing gives the impression that you are the most important person whom he has spoken to today. There is and never has been any impression of a 'rush in and a rush out'
I have always been made completely aware of the nature of the problem requiring the consultation and of the action to be taken to solve the problem by the way in which he skilfully communicates to me as a non medical person
I have the utmost confidence in him as my Doctor.
