At both pre admission and day of surgery, this Doctor gave an air of friendly professional confidence which left me feeling relaxed to undergo the prescribed anaesthetics.
His caring approach gave the impression that there was plenty of time should I have any question to make which may reduce any stress or anxiety in me.
This Doctor's manner left me confident to face what to most patients is anxious experience.
