Friendly and approachable putting me at ease with what to expect. Sorted out an appointment mix up by pre empting my call to clarify. He identified the admin error in advance and rectified once he checked with me, the patient, what I had been told. All by phone. Procedure on the day was well explained in privacy and in advance. All carried out very professionally as was the procedure. Further check afterwards to ensure all was well. I praised Dr Sutherland's approach to others in the hospital.
