I like the way in which he kept my total informed as what was going to happen. He had a long pre-appointment discussion with me so I could agree to the choices available.
He was very approachable and did everything he could to help me relax prior to my scan. I can't fault him at all. From the time he called me at home to the time I left the hospital, I felt secure. I must add the nursing staff and members of the team were all efficient and kept the balance between being over helpful and professional.
