A very nice man. Pleasant, relaxed unhurried manner. He made me feel everything would be under control and would go well, which it did. Paid attention to detail and my concerns. He made a point of visiting ward after procedure. It is just possible he might come across as too laid back to those who prefer a more formal approach eg elderly or other cultures, but perhaps he adjusts his manner accordingly as I didn't see him with anyone else!
