Dr Dutta's experience, knowledge and insights are invaluable to me in enabling me to manage my health. She suggested and referred me to a mindfulness course which has benefited my well being no end on a daily basis. She is a very keen observer and listener and can pick up instinctively if I'm not feeling well, and she is able to put a plan in place to enhance my recovery in a kind, supportive and intelligent way.
Dr Dutta is an invaluable resource to me in allowing me to stay well, and guiding me back to health through a relapse of my condition.
