Dr Richard Thomson has an empathetic approach
He listens attentively and questions thoroughly
He is subtle when he writes notes and confirms in writing what you discuss in clinic
I felt at ease whilst I explained somewhat embarrassing symptoms
I felt reassured by the process of elimination
At no time was I baffled by medical jargon
I would recommend this consultant
