I had the pleasure of a phone consult with Dr Richard Thompson , he was caring compassionate and really kind . As an NHS worker myself I realise the workload and pressures across the organisation however I felt at the centre of my care , I felt listened to , understood Dr Thompson very much put my mind at rest and I felt I can take control of my health and well-being . Dr Richard Thompson explained test results and what they mean, he took time to discuss them and help me understand how other life events can trigger certain things that cause problems but may not be serious disease, I understood after the consultation that your brain and the rest of your body don’t operate in isolation. I would certainly recommend Dr Thompson

Dr Thomson was friendly and approachable and took the time to listen and answer questions thoroughly, without feeling rushed. He gave me a clear update on results from recent tests performed. I felt supported at the appointment and reassured. I was seen at Morpeth, but this isnt an option in the drop down selection! Many thanks Samantha

I have known Dr Richard Thomson for a no of years, I had varies problems, and changed doctors in the process, my own doctor recommended Richard Thompson. In the early stages of getting to know me, he found out one by one of the varies problems that I had. In my own case I have the greatest respect for Richard Thompson, and above all else, confidence.
