Having booked a phone call about my medication from which I was having serious side effects, I was made to feel a nuisance and I don’t think that the phone call was constructive and was a waste of time. At the end of the conversation he terminated the call and I was left talking to myself which i thought Was very rude manners cost nothing Dissatisfied Patient
