Although the guided Injection was initially successful, my Discharge notes incorrectly described the improvement as being "current" but actually on my last visit, my back was very bad and I had again "lost" a huge amount of flexibility and my back was locked up.
Ultimately, the back locking up is my main concern and I'm still not 100% clear how to stop this or what to do when it happens (sometimes when I'm reversing into car parking spot and having to rotate in an exaggerated fashion, I hear a "clunk" and the lock releases and I feel much better (lower backs and hips don't feel arthritic) but that "release" only happens if a number of factors are satisfied (like muscles loose)
