You leave his surgery with the thought. " Now that is a Doctor who really cares". You are able to relax with his friendly, unhurried and genuine approach to your condition.
He makes sure that you fully understand the short and long term prognosis and what is entailed. This gives you confidence for the future and the knowledge that you are receiving the very best of treatment and attention. I have the feeling that the other members of his team follow his example in promoting genuine patient care.
